What exactly comes in a Syrup Kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to make a small batch of flavored syrup at home: carefully sourced ingredients, pre-measured and portioned for the recipe, with an instruction sheet to bring it all together.
What's the difference between a regular Syrup Kit and a Starter Kit?
The Starter Kit contains everything you get in a standard Syrup Kit, plus equipment to use during the process - a strainer, flexible spatula, and syrup bottle.
How long does it take to make a syrup?
On average, it normally takes around 30 minutes to make one syrup, including cleanup!
How much syrup does each kit make?
Each kit yields around 390grams/8oz of syrup. This is typically enough for 15-20 drinks, depending on your sweetness preferences.
What can I use the syrup for?
Add it to lattes, cold brew, iced coffee, shaken espresso, matcha, or whatever you’re making at home. Each kit also comes with a drink suggestion to help you get the most out of the flavor. And don’t stop at coffee - anywhere you’d use a simple syrup is fair game! Try it in cocktails, mocktails, tea, yogurt, ice cream, baking recipes, or even drizzled over pancakes and waffles.
I bought 2 of the same kit, can I make them both in one large batch?
Not quite! We recommend making each kit separately. Our recipes are carefully portioned for one batch, and doubling everything at once can throw off the balance. For the best results, make them one at a time. Want a bigger batch? We're working on XL kits - stay tuned!
Ingredient Questions
Are your ingredients organic?
Yes! We seek out fresh, organic, high-quality ingredients that bring forward real flavor. That means your Cinnamon Duo syrup will actually taste like cinnamon and not just...sweet.
How should I store my ingredients?
We recommend making your syrup sooner rather than later for the best flavor and freshness. Until then, keep your ingredients sealed and tucked away somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Our spices and teas are vacuum-sealed to help lock in their freshness, so they’ll be ready when you are.
How long is a syrup good for?
Kept refrigerated in a closed bottle, syrups will typically last up to a month, but are best enjoyed within 1-2 weeks.
Order & Subscription Questions
Do you accept returns?
Nope. Because our kits contain food ingredients, we can’t accept returns. But if you’re unhappy with your results or something goes horribly wrong, please reach out to us! We’re happy to help troubleshoot and make things right. We’re not in the business of leaving a bad taste in your mouth.
How does the Syrup Club subscription work?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Yes, yes, and yes. You can manage your subscription from your account, including skipping a shipment, pausing your subscription, or canceling future orders.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?

When will my order ship?
